Overall: 4.3

Veg Friendly: 4   Quality: 5   Ambiance: 4

Ramen noodle bar in DC. They have, in my opinion, the BEST vegetarian/vegan ramen noodle bowl in the city. I tell all my vegetarian (and non-veg) friends to check it out. The menu is very limited and if you’re vegetarian you have literally a single option, but that option is delicious and it’s the reason I’ve returned over and over.

The ambiance is unique in that you can sit watching the ramen guys do their thing and it feels a bit like how I’d imagine a real ramen bar in Tokyo might feel. It’s a fast-paced and loud restaurant setting with limited space and generally, always, a wait. Not really family friendly.

Bottomline: Come here with a small group for really good ramen. Be ready for a wait, but the wait is worth it.
